Escalopes of pork loin are an easy-to-prepare, economical and very tasty second course. Our added value? Our beer Federico II and its strong character!
- 1 bottle (33 cl) of Birra Flea "Federico II"
- pork loin (600 grams)
- 2 cloves of garlic
- rosemary leaves
- 1 spoon of fennel seeds
- 6/7 juniper berries
- 2 spoons of extra virgin olive oil
- a pinch of salt
- a pinch of black pepper
Beat out the meat to create escalopes approximately ½ cm thick, then place them in an oiled pan and cover with Birra Flea “Federico II”. Mince parsley, garlic and rosemary, add both the fennel seeds and the juniper berries and then put everything into the pan.
Let the escalopes marinate for at least two hours and turn them at least twice.
After marinating, cook over a medium heat for about 15 minutes, then add salt and pepper.
Serve the escalopes very hot and pair them with Birra Flea “Federico II”.
