This easy-to-prepare appetizer can be paired with our beer “Bianca Lancia”. It is a perfect choice for a quick lunch, and could be also served as a starter in a fish dinner.
- Smoked swordfish (200/300 grams)
- iceberg salad
- 1 buffalo mozzarella (200 grams)
- black peppercorns
- extra virgin olive oil
Spread the smoked swordfish slices on a platter (slightly overlapping), then cover them with the iceberg salad. The salad should be cut in not so thin strips, so that it is possible to feel the crispness.
Lay the slices of mozzarella over the salad and then add extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper.
